There are a variety of fun filled activities lined up for Wash Week in Hunstanton this year.  Check out the details below:

EXHIBITION OF PHOTOGRAPHICS, ROCKS, FOSSILS relating to the Hunstanton Cliffs and associated activities in the past 100 years.
When: daily 8-15 August (10am to 4pm)
Where: Coal Shed Gallery, adjacent to Totesport in Le Strange Terrace, Hunstanton
Entry: FREE (donations welcome)

SPECIAL FOSSIL IDENTIFICATION DAY with Cindy Howells
When: Tuesday, 10 August (10am to 4pm)
Where: Coal Shed Gallery, adjacent to Totesport in Le Strange Terrace, Hunstanton
Entry: FREE (donations welcome)

TALK BY CINDY HOWELLS “ABOUT BOY GEOLOGIST JAMES FREDERICK JACKSON”: Tuesday, 10 August (7pm)
Where: Hunstanton Town Hall
Advance tickets: £2.50 each.  On the door: £3.00 each.

FAMILY FOSSIL HUNT ALONG HUNSTANTON BEACH with expert guide.
When: Thursday, 12 August (11am – 1pm)
Where: Meet at the bottom of the ramp on the North Promenade of Hunstanton Beach
Entry: FREE
Children: Must be accompanied by an adult
Note: Hammers and goggles are available for adults to use on the day to help extract the fossils
