Some exciting dates for the family diary – come and have a lot of fun and help raise funds for Tapping House Hospice.
The Norfolk Hospice Car Boot and Fun Day. Sunday 20th May. 10am at The Norfolk Hospice, Tapping House, Common Road (West), Snettisham, King’s Lynn, Norfolk. Pitches are £5 in advance (call 01485 542891 to book) or £6 on the day. There will be a bbq, refreshments, bouncy castle and lots of games for all of the family.
Moonlight Walk. Friday 25th May. 7 mile walk around Norwich starting at Norwich City Football Ground. Registration is £10. Red White and Blue theme in celebration of the Jubilee and Team GB. Register online at www.norfolkhospice.org.uk or call 01485 542891.
Saturday 26th May at 7.00 pm: “Singing in the Reign” Concert in St Mary’s Church, Snettisham. Kick of the Jubilee Celebrations with a delightful concert performed by Glebe Singers. Starting at 7pm. Tickets are £7.50 (£2 for under 16s). Call 01485 542891 for tickets or further information.
Snettisham Jubilee Craft Fair. 4th June. 10am. Snettisham Playing Field in the Jubilee Marquee. Pitches are still available (£10 for 8ft pitch), you must provide your own table. Come along to our craft fair and purchase beautiful unique items. To book a pitch contact the fundraising office on 01485 542891.
Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. Fakenham Hollywood Cinema. Enjoy the experience of the Red Carpet and view this memorable film. Tickets are £15.
Strikes Fun Day. Bring the family along for a fun day at Strikes (Ely). Children’s Tombola facepainting, and balloon modelling from 2pm. Bowling for teams of 6 from 6.30pm. Competitions running throughout the evening. Contact Jo Pearson on 01535 650269 for further information.
Hilgay Raft Race. 15th July. Riverside, Hilgay. Build a raft with your friends and race it at Hilgay Raft Race. £30 per raft (teams of 4). If you don’t fancy the water then enjoy the side shows and BBQ.
